These terms apply when you use this website or chat with a WhatsApp assistant run by QuadNova Ventures Ltd (RC 9199792) on behalf of one of our clients.
1. The assistant
The WhatsApp assistant is an automated AI service. It answers questions, prepares quotes and records orders for the business you are messaging. Prices, stock, delivery and payment terms are set by that business, and any order or sale is an agreement between you and that business.
2. Accuracy
We work hard to make the assistant's answers correct, but AI can make mistakes. Prices and availability are confirmed by the business before an order is final. If something looks wrong, ask to speak to a person and a staff member will help.
3. Fair use
Please do not use the assistant to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or to try to disrupt the service. We may stop responding to numbers that misuse it.
4. Your information
How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
5. Liability
To the extent the law allows, QuadNova is not liable for losses caused by relying on automated answers without confirmation from the business, or by interruptions to WhatsApp or other services outside our control.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
